Article 4 Transportation .Customs Clearance
1. corgi International will try its best to ensure the timeliness .safety of transportation, but the timeliness of transportation is affected by international flights, customs inspection, policy adjustment .other factors, .corgi International does .guarantee absolute timeliness.
2. Customs clearance shall be carried out by the customs .relevant departments, .corgi International may assist in the process, but does .make any commitment to the results of customs clearance.

Article 5 Fees .Settlement

Article 9 Effectiveness .Amendment of the Agreement
1. This agreement shall come into effect upon the customer clicking "Agree" .using the service.

Article 10: Application of Law .Dispute Resolution
1. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
